The foundation board accepts nominations for the selection of the prize winner from anyone. Markus Otto Hasler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. iur. Markus Otto Hasler completed his legal studies at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck (Austria) and graduated with the academic degree of &#8220;Doctor of Laws&#8221; in 1985. After a judicial internship at the Princely District Court in Vaduz, Dr. iur. Markus Otto Hasler worked as a lawyer in a renowned trust company in Liechtenstein until June 1988.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 1988 he took over the management of the former &#8220;Treuhandb\u00fcro Hasler&#8221;, which had been founded and managed by his grandfather, legal agent Ludwig Hasler, in 1936.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"theme-block-expander-block_6065ca5e62447\" class=\"theme-block-expander\"><div class=\"theme-block-expander__inner-container\">\n\n<p>On June 6th 1988, Dr. iur. Markus Otto Hasler founded the trust-company Senat. Hellmann LL.M.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Jan-Frederik Hellmann received his legal education at the universities of Bielefeld, M\u00fcnster and Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He obtained a Master&#8217;s degree (LL.M.) in Anglo-Saxon law in Wellington\/New Zealand in 2008, specializing in international public law and international criminal law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He then completed a doctorate in environmental and constitutional law on the topic of sustainability and intergenerational justice.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"theme-block-expander-block_6065d49562448\" class=\"theme-block-expander\"><div class=\"theme-block-expander__inner-container\">\n\n<p>Dr Hellmann has been successfully practicing as a lawyer since 2011. He is particularly active in restructuring and insolvency law and was appointed as a specialist lawyer for insolvency law in 2018.
